Affluense.ai (“Affluense”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by Saleazy Technologies Private Limited. We provide an AI-powered business intelligence and affluent research platform offered as a cloud-based SaaS solution to enterprise customers.
This Global Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data of individuals located outside India. If you are located in India, please refer to our India Privacy Notice issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. In case of any conflict, the India Privacy Notice will prevail.

a) Affluense as Data Fiduciary
Affluense acts as a data controller or equivalent role where it independently determines the purpose and means of processing personal data, including in relation to:
i) user account and platform access data
ii) proprietary datasets, analytics, enrichment outputs, and research insights
iii) publicly available or licensed third-party data aggregated by Affluense
iv) platform usage data, logs, and security monitoring
v) AI-generated insights, scoring, or recommendations
b) Affluense as Data Processor
Affluense acts as a processor only where it processes customer personal data strictly on behalf of a customer in accordance with documented instructions and a valid contractual arrangement such as a Data Processing Addendum.
c) Customers as Independent Controllers or Fiduciaries
Customers determine their own purposes for using platform outputs and therefore act as independent data controllers or equivalent fiduciaries under applicable law.
d) Sub-processors and Service Providers
Affluense may engage authorised service providers and sub-processors, including cloud infrastructure, analytics, communication, and security providers, to support platform operations.
All such entities are contractually bound to confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.

Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request:
